Vermont Nanny Connection caregivers come from a variety of backgrounds and have a wide range of skills and experiences. They all have a common love of children, sound judgment, common sense and lots of energy. They are at least 18 years of age and have substantial, recent childcare experience.

Our extensive screening process includes the following:

• Detailed written application which provides childcare history

• Childcare and personal reference interviews conducted by telephone

• Personal interviews conducted in our office

• Background investigations criminal and driving

• CPR and First Aid training

Vermont Nanny Connection sitters can also come prepared with an age appropriate activity bag ($30) if you would like them to!

To book Vermont Nanny Connection at your next event please fill out an inquiry form and one of our placement professionals will contact you. The agency fees are $25/sitter/day ($30/sitter/day on a holiday) with the optional fee of $30/activity bag.

Sitter fees are based on the specific event and can be quoted after consultation.
